Payments
- We accept cash on delivery; online payment (UPI, cards, net banking) is coming soon.
- All online transactions are secured with 256-bit SSL encryption.
- GST invoices are generated automatically for every order.
- For bulk orders above Rs. 1,00,000, bank transfer options are available.
Shipping & Delivery
- Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.
- Express shipping (1–3 days) is available for select pin codes.
- Shipping charges are shown at checkout based on the delivery method you choose.
- Track your order from the order confirmation page or your account dashboard.
Returns & Refunds
- Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for eligible products.
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after inspection.
- For defective items, return shipping is free with doorstep pickup.
Account & Security
- Create an account to track orders, save addresses, and manage RFQs.
- Your data is protected under our Privacy Policy and DPDP Act compliance.
- Contact privacy@splendx.in to request data export or deletion.
